Similar to homeowners insurance (but better), this policy will protect you against damage or loss from burglary, fire, hurricane, earthquake, even water damage from a leaky roof. Many tenants find their homeowners policy provides inadequate or no coverage for stored property. We recommend that you consult with your agent before relying on your homeowners policy for protection.
